Karina’s practice focuses on different areas of civil litigation defense, primarily in insurance litigation and personal injury. Prior to joining Fisher Rushmer, P.A., she acquired extensive litigation experience in matters dealing with commercial litigation, premises liability, amusement park litigation, and products liability in a variety of actions ranging from soft tissue to catastrophic injuries and wrongful death claims in Florida state and federal courts.
Karina graduated from Barry University School of Law with honors, where she earned book awards in Legal Research & Writing, Remedies, Corporate Taxation, and Motions & Depositions. She also served as a Senior Editor of the Law Review and was selected to be a Dean’s Fellow to mentor first-year law students in Property and Federal Civil Procedure. She earned her undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Central Florida.
