The Florida Supreme Court makes attendance at the Practicing with Professionalism program mandatory for attorneys admitted to the Florida Bar.
  • Kimberly E. Lorenz was a member of the Young Lawyers Panel on Professionalism, and J. Brock McClane moderated the Judicial Panel on Professionalism. Eric Elms is the Co-Chair for the statewide program.
  • David Corso was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Florida Defense Lawyers Association.
  • Mike Brownlee co-presented "Advanced Writing: Do's, Don'ts, and Maybe's" with the Honorable James Edwards of Florida's Fifth District Court of Appeal. Our presentation was part of a Florida Bar CLE seminar hosted by the OCBA Appellate Practice Committee titled "Advanced Legal Drafting: How to Get the 'Write' Result and Best Position Your Client to be the Appellee."
  • Joseph L. "Joe" Amos, Jr. is the secretary of the Central Florida Chapter of ABOTA and in 2016 will serve as President Elect.
  • Chris Ballentine, David Corso, John Fisher, Phil King, Keersten Martinez, Brock McClane, Gary Rushmer, Penelope Perez-Kelly, and Rick Smith have been selected to the 2016 Florida Super Lawyers list.
